We have some conditions that you need to agree to before you can become a client of ours, but first here are our commitments to you as a client.

  • Our undivided attention ensuring your project is completed on time and in budget.
  • You have direct access to me, Alan Fair the owner of Contact Multimedia. I personally will go out of my way to deliver a stunning service for you. You can call or email me at anytime, I will be there for you and do what it takes to complete your project if you do business with me.
  • There are cheaper options out there but none of them are the best, they do not go out of their way like we do. They have not invested in the latest technology or skill sets to deliver you an outstanding job for you. So you can find someone cheaper, but do you want cheap or the best!
  • We don't have sales people, we deal in fact not fictional dreams. Every suggested product or service we make to you will directly benefit or add value to your business, if it doesn't we just won't sell it to you; yes that's right we will refuse to sell to you.

So what do we ask in return from you becoming a client of ours?

  • You commit to letting us know when we're not getting it right, so if you are unhappy at any point in time during a project you must highlight it to me. If I don't know we can't fix it for you.
  • You commit to providing us requested material on time so the projects aren't delayed.
  • You commit to providing us with just a couple of referrals a year, equal to the quality of yourself. So someone that shares your same great values and similar outlook and initiative to grow their company for as long as we work together, and we hope that's for life!
