little bit different from other web developers, here are our
commitments to you as a client.
- We ensure your project is completed on time and in budget to
the best of our abilities (we have a very good track record).
- You have direct access to me, Alan Fair the owner of Contact
Multimedia. I personally will go out of my way to deliver a
stunning service for you. You can call or email me at anytime; I
will be there for you and do what it takes to complete your project
if you do business with me.
- There is cheaper out there, but wouldn't you rather have
something that brings real value to your business.
- We don't have sales people, we deal in fact not fiction,
guarantees not promises. Every suggested product or service we make
to you will directly benefit or add value to your business, if it
doesn't we just won't sell it to you.
So what do we ask in return of you becoming a client of
ours?
- You let us know when we're not getting it right, if you are
unhappy at any point in time during a project you must highlight it
to us. If we don't know we can't fix it.
- You provide us requested material on time so the project isn't
delayed.
- You provide us with 2 referrals a year of comparable quality of
yourself. Why? Well if we get referrals from each of our customers
then we don't need to spend money on wasteful advertising trying to
attract brand new clients. This means we can spend more time with
you as a client and not charge as much on projects.
